The problem I face is : I am trying to change the Permission to a file to as needed by the Installation software. I had done this before but for the Last week or so I am unable to do so. I being the only User-Administrator and Owner I have given myself all Permissions but after resetting the Read-Only tag and going through the elaborate Apply to all Subfolders etc the Read-only tag renmains. I try it on the entire Drive or the lower Folders but still no success.
