We love our new windows. We would recommend Supreme to anyone. Thank you for the fantastic review. We work hard every day to be better than we were yesturday and we really appreciate your support during these interesting times and we are glad that you love your new Supreme products. These windows are a few weeks old. We have also noticed gaps and holes in the caulking in areas around most of the windows between the window frame and stucco.
Service was already sent to repair the caulking, but we are still seeing gaps, including above our leaking window. We are hoping to have our caulking issues promptly resolved and faulty caulking replaced, not just continually patched. Hoping to have our faith in Supreme Windows renewed. Supreme Windows was a great experience from beginning to end.
Tom was wonderful to work with making sure we would be getting exactly what we wanted, and making sure we understood the process. This crew really went above and beyond in many ways and our windows look better than we could have imagined - inside and outside. I can't say enough great things about this crew.

He told us exactly what we needed, to call Michael to get the parts and showed us how to fix them ourselves. We were amazed by his integrity and honesty. We got the parts and Michael showed us again how to fix them. Within an hour, we had fixed windows that had been annoying us for years and saved thousands of dollars replacing windows that were still good.
I am so impressed with their integrity and willingness to help us this way. This is the kind of business I will refer and use any time I need doors or windows in the future. Karl was our sales agent, he was very knowledgeable and spoke to you like a human. He made sure we picked everything we needed, and didn't go with anything we didn't need. Even suggested to switch window type in our office to a cheaper better option, which ended up working better and saved us a bit.
He advise on color selections for outside trims. Now the windows came in a month earlier than projected, and the crew well, outstanding. Even one window did come in the wrong size it was fixed and installed within a week. I would recommend Supreme windows, over other suppliers. We had our front entry door and garage door replaced by Supreme. They were fantastic to deal with in the showroom, helping us pick our new doors. They were ordered and arrived quicker than expected but installed when we were ready. Dave and Freddy installed the doors in a timely fashion and made sure to make sure they cleaned as they went.

These windows are so warm and quiet. We have been replacing windows in our house as we can, and just had Supreme in to do 6 windows and the door with sidelites. The installers are clean and fast. The old windows would collect condensation in cold weather but standing beside the Supreme replacements they are very warm.
You instantly notice how much quieter the room is, it is shocking the difference. This is our third order and we will continue to use Supreme for replacements in future.
